Alex Ratliff
President
Alex Ratliff is the President of Apollo Energy and has over 17 years of experience in the energy industry. Prior to Apollo Energy, Mr. Ratliff founded and managed Apollo Exploration, LLC and its subsidiary Apollo Permian, LLC, which invested in over 500 properties and completed 350+ acquisitions in the Permian Basin. Alex has overseen the acquisition and management of oil and gas properties in multiple basins across New Mexico, Oklahoma, Ohio, Texas, Pennsylvania, West Virginia and Wyoming. Mr. Ratliff graduated from Sewanee: The University of the South with a B.A. in History.

John Esche
Vice President
John Esche is the Vice President of Apollo Energy and has over 13 years of experience in the energy industry. Mr. Esche directs business development and oversees internal operations for Apollo Energy. Prior to Apollo Energy, John served in various roles for Apollo Exploration, LLC and worked as a Prospect Manager for a large, multi-basin mineral acquisition fund. Mr. Esche is a Registered Professional Landman with the American Association of Petroleum Landmen. John holds B.A. and B.S. degrees from the University of Oklahoma and an MBA from Oklahoma City University.
